River Rafting

Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary (Kali Tiger Reserve) has earned its place as a paradise for Bird Watching thanks to the hundreds of species finding its home here along with many seasonal migrating birds. Best time for birding is around the fruiting season of fig trees in winter (October to April).

Birds of most interest have been Malabar Pied Hornbill, Malabar Grey Hornbill, Malabar Trogan, Great hornbill, Yellow-footed Green Pigeon, Pied flycatcher.
